~ Avoid nicknames, use your true, correct and full name
~ Avoid using a temporary address. Use a permanent address. Use your parents' address, a
friend's address, or the address you plan to use after graduation.
~ Avoid using a public phone number or a phone that others may answer. If you have an
answering machine, record a neutral greeting, not a funny greeting.
