Dr. Adrian Manjarrez

Dr. Manjarrez has practiced plastic surgery since 1988 and is a corresponding member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS). Dr. Manjarrez is also known for his work with under privileged children in Interplast Inc.  A non-profit organization for international reconstructive surgery.

When Michelangelo was asked what inspired him to create such tremendous beauty he replied, " I saw the angel in the marble and carved until I set him free."  Plastic surgery is a two-fold process, artistic and medical.   "When I evaluate my patients and ready them for surgery I borrow Michelangelo's approach because I believe that what brings a person to see me in the first place is a discomfort to them which inhibits them from releasing the angel within, which is their true self.  I use the vision of an artist to imagine this person in a state of perfection and that is my starting point."
